I have been using user properties in my snippets and have come across an error today. When previewing the snippet, everything functions normally. But when using it, I get an error stating "Unknown {user} property: name". Please help! Thanks.

Adding context from the mails, uninstalling and reinstalling the extension fixed the issue in this case
