Users is logged out when using any snippet

We are experiencing an issue with the Text Blaze extension on our account, which has three users total.

When two of the users attempt to run a snippet, the extension icon immediately turns gray, as if they have been logged out. To troubleshoot, we have tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the extension, and verifying that the users are logged in, but the issue persists.

This just started today.

As we discussed on the call, the Text Blaze icon can become grey for multiple reasons. These are:

  1. being logged out
  2. triggering a Text Blaze form snippet and focusing on the form window
  3. opening an unsupported page like the browser New Tab Page

In this case, the user was actually on case (2). These cases are currently disambiguated with a tooltip that appears if you hover over the extension badge. In the future, we will look into ways to disambiguate these more cleanly.
