I use a number of different computer stations with my job, depending on where I may physically be working that moment or day. I may be using TB at my desk, then need to go to a conference room and use it there, then hop over to another building or office to interact with colleagues and use it there. Then at home too. I usually just leave myself logged in on all these stations so as to have as seamless a transition as possible. Is there a limit to how many stations I can be logged into TB on?
I even use my extension in multiple chrome browser accounts. For instance, I have a Chrome browser for work, and one for my personal browsing, and I'm logged into the same Text Blaze account on both
Is it possible to have my executive assistant have access to my text blaze account and we use it at the same time or is there a more preferred way to go about this? 2 users, 1 account vs. 2 users 2 accounts increasing costs?
Yes, you can share the same account between users, but it’s not a recommended approach. Instead, I suggest using snippet sharing, which allows you to collaborate effectively without sharing login credentials: Text Blaze | Sharing Snippets and Folders.
