Using Text Blaze in other Mail applications and documents

Does Text Blaze only work in Google mail and applications? I have a Mac and it doesn't seem to work when I put my snippet into Apple Mail.

Do you want to use Text Blaze snippets in a desktop app? If so, you need to install our macOS app (Text Blaze: Snippets and Templates for macOS) for Text Blaze to work in those apps.
