We added a new user, but she is not getting the verification email. How can we get the email?

The verification email should be received within minutes of signup. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder as it might have been filed there.
Also, if you signup using the Google login, you won't receive an email as those Google logins are automatically verified on signup.
@bsmith Great question! @scott is right on with recommending you check your Spam folder. Our enterprise quarantine filter is super tight and every single time a new user signs up, the verification email gets caught by the filter. It is not a big deal at all though. The user just has to view their quarantine folder and release the email.
