Productivity books can provide a lot of valuable information on how to be productive, manage time, create habits, and more.

I like Atomic Habits by James Clear. I noticed that the best way for me to change for the better is by adopting new small habits. I implement that in my diet, exercise as well as where it comes to work productivity.

@Dan_Barak1 - on a similar note, I think you might enjoy Tiny Habits by Prof. B.J. Fogg. There's the audiobook version too, which he narrates himself.
