Downgrade and change email

Hi, I need to downgrade my account from Organization to a regular paid user and change the email associated with the account. I've tried following directions to change the email, but it doesn't give me that option.

You can delete your Text Blaze Organization to downgrade to the basic plan. To do that: visit this URL and click the "Delete organization" option:
