Format First Letter in capital

Hi, I would like to type any word, and whatever the way its written would like to change in the format needed.
For Example

phrase "best work"

Beggining of sentence: "Best work"
Title: "Best Work"
all capital: "BEST WORK"
lowercase "best work"

How can I achieve that?
