Right click menu isn't working

Yesterday i downloaded text blaze, created a snippet and succesfully used it via the 'right click' function.

Today, if I right click and scroll down to Text Blaze, the only three options are Open Text Blaze Dashboard, Reload Extension and Edit Last Used Snipped.

I tried 'Reloading Extension' and it did nothing.

Forgive me - it was because I wasn't right clicking a text box! Feel free to delete this from the forum - user error...

On a different note, can I please ask two things:

If I want to share snippets (centrally managed) with colleagues to also pick up, is this a paid version?

Can you have folders plus sub folders (and maybe even sub, sub folders)? This is my use case:

Travel business that uses an online itinerary builder. Feature 200 properties, each with different 'Inclusions and Exclusions' that I want to be able to drop in at the (right) click of a button. However, a list of 200 properties is impractical to scroll through. I know we can have different folders to split the list, but I wanted to ask if sub folders were possible so that I would right click 'Inclusions & Exclusions' then see, for example Country>Location>property.

Yes, you would be interested in Text Blaze Business plan which has centrally managed snippets that are easily shareable with team members. You can read more about sharing in teams here: Text Blaze | Managing Teams and Organizations with Text Blaze Business

This is a pending feature request. Please feel free to add your use case to the current feature request: Nested folders for organisation

thank you - do I need the business plan, or can I get just use pro? On Pri, it says share snippets with up to 25 users - does this include central management of the snippets, e.g. I as admin add them, and everyone can then pick them up?

On the Pro account, if you share the snippets with other users, they'll also need to signup to Pro on their own to be able to use the snippets.

Other than that, some advanced features like interacting with data using Data Blaze require a Business plan to share the snippets.
